Always Play With Your Food! Buffalo Chicken Wing Sauce
Aside from being a huge component of "World Famous" Buffalo Chicken Wings. Cayenne peppers also play another starring role amongst the medical industry. Purportedly, cayenne peppers can do almost anything, from killing cancer cells, to immediately stopping a heart attack within 30 seconds. Their effects on the circulatory system are nothing short of amazing as it feeds the vital elements into the cell structure of capillaries, veins, arteries and helps to adjust blood pressure to normal levels. www.cayennepepper.info Walking through a grocery store aisle, there are many hot sauce products on the market. That one aisle is just a drop in the bucket when it comes to what's available globally. Ranging from the mundane mild, to the XXX Blow your head off Hot that some will require you to sign a waiver before you can consume it. So many choices. Why not make your own? This recipe is based on an aged Louisiana Hot Sauce.
*3 Cups of Distilled Vinegar
*2 Pounds, Cayenne Peppers, Seeded and Chopped *2 Teaspoons of Salt
1) In a large pot, simmer the Cayenne Peppers, Salt and Vinegar until the peppers are very tender.
2) In a food processor, puree until smooth. 3) Seal in a sterilized canning jar and store in a cool dark place for 3 months. 4) Strain off a portion of sauce and refrigerate the unused portions.
So now that we have a Hot Sauce, and that makes up 1/3 of the Buffalo Chicken Wing Sauce Recipe. We can now move on to finalizing the sauce. Once you try this Buffalo Chicken Wing Sauce, you'll never want to try another

Having lived in a border town, just north of Buffalo, NY, I've tried plenty of varieties. of "Buffalo Wings", and after making this recipe, I had Buffalo residents making the trip North of the Border to come and order them.
